Changing things up a bit for the next few weekends!
Have you noticed that we have have added some new faces here at Red Dog? We know you love the Old Dogs, but are excited for you to get to know the Pups too!
With new folks come new tastes and preferences.
To help you get to know the new guys and to give you an idea of each of our individual pallets we will be having one staff member do a tasting each weekend for the next month or so. They will pick the wines and be on hand at the tasting to tell you all about them.
So, if you stick it out with us over the next month or so you can come to a tasting from each staff member, old and new, and see which of our pallets best match yours!

One of our newest hires, Bickham, will be running the show this weekend. He is the youngest member here at Red Dog, but don?t let that fool you, he knows his wine and spirits. As the son of a very successful restaurateur here in Nashville, you might say he has a love for great food and wine in his genes! He has been in the wine and spirits business for three years and we were very excited to have him come work with us earlier this year.
Bickham loves Spanish, French, and Washington State wines. His favorite thing to do is find a wine under $20 that drinks like it?s $50 and then pair it with delicious foods.
Bickham is also an avid hunter and fisherman. He is just as fond of talking about these hobbies as he is talking about wine, so come in and pick his brain on both!

Les Vignes De Bila-Haut
C?tes du Roussillon Villages
(France)
This French wine is a blend of hand harvested Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan.
It is a deep garnet red with aromas of black cherry. This wine is fleshy, well-structured with the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area.
It is a great wine to drink with a nice piece of beef or Mediterranean food.

Gazella
Vinho Verde
(Portugal)
Vinho Verde is a store favorite for summer. Gazela has a very light yellow citrine colour, with a slight fizz that enhances its bouquet, flavors and freshness. Aromatic and engaging, with a lively and stimulating acidity that is very well balanced by a slight touch of sugar.
The end product is a simple, versatile, and very attractive wine.
